Colin Ryan, who calls himself a “comedic financial expert,” will discuss financial literacy at Johnson State College at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 17 in Bentley Hall 207.

His talk, “Manage Your Money, Reach Your Dream,” is free and open to the public.

Ryan, a Burlington-area financial professional and author with a background in stand-up comedy and storytelling, uses humor to teach about personal finance. Named one of the top 10 youth money presenters in the nation, he has talked to more than 200,000 students and adults across North America. He also provides financial literacy training for financial institutions, libraries, schools and organizations.
