The Varnum Memorial Library along with the Waterville Union Church and the Second Congregational Church in Jeffersonville would like to invite all the folks in our Lamoille communities to our first Uprooting Racism workshop.

Uprooting is about learning to see and disrupt some of the major social and systemic issues that we may not notice on a day to day basis, but are ever present in Vermont life.

This January, Saturday 19th at 6pm at the Varnum Memorial Library we will be inviting our friends from the Peace and Justice Center in Burlington to lead us in a workshop on seeing and disrupting racism in our lives.

All are welcome to attend! This event is a gift to the community from the Varnum Memorial Library, the Waterville Union Church and the Second Congregational Church in Jeffersonville UCC.
