Come to an evening of books, drinks, and wine at the White Water Gallery on Sunday, July 28 from 3 pm to 7 pm. The Galaxy Bookshop, the White Water Gallery and the Jeudevine Library are hosting another iteration of the Pages in the Pub. Our panel of four readers will discuss their summer reading suggestions at the lovely White Water Gallery at 5 River Street in East Hardwick (near the bridge over the Lamoille River). Begin the late afternoon with drinks and an appetizer buffet with treats donated by local businesses. A cash bar with wine and beer will be catered by The Woods Lodge of Norwich, VT. The Gallery’s second show features the paintings of Louise Arnold and the photography of Karen Gowen. There will be an opening reception with the artists on Sun. August 4th from 4 to 7 pm.

After a look at the art work, listen to the great reading recommendations by our panel of one bookseller, one librarian and two avid readers. Linger to discuss books and art! Tickets are $20 are limited to 40 people and will be available at the Galaxy Bookshop and the Jeudevine Library. Tickets will go on sale in July. The Galaxy Bookshop will take orders for the books discussed during the event. A portion of the sales and all other proceeds from the event will go to the Jeudevine Library Expansion Project.
